About the job Applications Assessment Officer (Clarke Quay)
Looking for a detail-oriented Application Assessment Officer to manage the end-to-end processing of applications for our scheme. You will ensure a smooth experience for applicants, from initial submission to final approval and post-approval activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Review and assess incoming applications for completeness and compliance.

Identify missing documentation and maintain accurate application records.

Communicate with applicants to clarify requirements and provide updates.

Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate application processing.

Notify applicants of outcomes and manage post-approval documentation and content collection.
Requirements:
Experience & Skills:
-
Degree holder in any discipline.
-
2–3 years in administrative roles, preferably in application processing or customer service.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.

Independent worker with good communication and adaptability.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Additional:

Knowledge of government processes or content management systems is advantageous.
3 months contract (Option to esxtend up to a year)
Mon – Thu: 8.30am to 6.00pm Mon – Thu: 9.00am to 6.30pm
Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
