About the job Applications Assessment Officer (Clarke Quay)

Looking for a detail-oriented Application Assessment Officer to manage the end-to-end processing of applications for our scheme. You will ensure a smooth experience for applicants, from initial submission to final approval and post-approval activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess incoming applications for completeness and compliance.

  • Identify missing documentation and maintain accurate application records.

  • Communicate with applicants to clarify requirements and provide updates.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate application processing.

  • Notify applicants of outcomes and manage post-approval documentation and content collection.

Requirements:

Experience & Skills:

  • Degree holder in any discipline.

  • 2–3 years in administrative roles, preferably in application processing or customer service.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems.

Personal Attributes:

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.

  • Customer-focused, patient, and empathetic.

  • Independent worker with good communication and adaptability.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Additional:

  • Knowledge of government processes or content management systems is advantageous.

Duration/Working hours:

3 months contract (Option to esxtend up to a year)

Mon – Thu: 8.30am to 6.00pm Mon – Thu: 9.00am to 6.30pm

Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
