About the job ICT Trainer ( Clemeti)

  • The candidate has knowledge on multimedia application and ability to conduct computer training for students.
  • The candidate shall work with the HOD ICT to develop a training programme to ensures that students attain proficiency in school-identified baseline ICT skills. 
  • The candidate is able to develop training resources that are required to support training sessions as required by the school
  • The candidate has the ability to train students (Primary 1 to 6) on digital literacy and online tools/platforms that can be used for collaboration
  • The candidate shall assist in ICT-related training for staff, and ICT Student Leaders.
  • The candidate is able to handle and assist in inventory of various AV/IT equipment in various school locations (classrooms, hall, parade square, special rooms etc.) to support various school events/needs
  • The candidate is able to set up and manage Public Address (PA) equipment for school functions, e.g. National Day, Awards Day etc; and Online Meetings/webinars
  • The candidate is able to support in terms of photography & videography, including photo and video editing as assigned by the school
  • The candidate is able to archive, manage and organise the school's media collection (photos, videos & documents etc).
  • The candidate is able to support school website design & maintenance

Requirement:

Preferably have at least 2 years of teaching & relevant working
experience in school environment in the IT field in managing
administrative systems.
Preferably with experience teaching young children/ youths
Preferably at least a Polytechnic Diploma holder or its equivalent.
Proficient in MS Office ie. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficient in use of Google Apps ie. Google Drive, Docs, Slides,
Sheets and Google Sites.
Has knowledge on multimedia applications like Adobe Premiere,
Photoshop, Illustrator and SWIIT webpage builder and ability to
conduct computer training for students and staff
Preferably to have experience in animation, developing mobile
learning, basic programming, video filming and editing
Candidate should be highly motivated and able to project manage
Candidate should also be a team-player

Duration/ Working hours:

1 year contract (Option to extend 1 year)

Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to 5.30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
May be required to report at 7.00am occasionally
Service may be required on Saturdays
Working hours maybe changed by the Authority with prior notice
