About the job Receptionist cum Admin Assistant (Potong Pasir)

The scope of services required are set out as follows:

  • Provide front counter services like handle telephone and walk-in enquires/requests from students, staff, parents, public, vendors, etc
  • Perform general office administrative duties eg: administrative support for school events/activities e.g. data entry, photocopying, lamination, bus booking, food ordering, simple office inventory management, etc.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the School, e.g. temperature screening, attend to students at sick bay, general upkeep of General Office, etc.

Preferred qualifications and / or experience level of Temporary Employee(s) (if any):

  • Full GCE O level certificate or equivalent
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Pleasant, have good interpersonal skills, willing to learn
  • Able to handle multi-tasking, good customer service and a good team player.
  • Relevant office working experience preferred

Duration /Working hours:

11.5 months contract (1 Dec 2025 to 13 Nov 2026)

MonThu: 8.30am 6.00pm (1-hr lunch) 8.5hrs/day

Fri: 8.30am 5.30pm (1-hr lunch) 8 hrs

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
