Responsibilities

  • Support Chart of Accounts (COA) updates, including data verification, testing, and documentation
  • Assist in system enhancement activities, change requests, and user acceptance testing with vendors
  • Maintain and update master data in the central system
  • Organise and update user guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Support system workflow and control improvements for budgeting and planning processes

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accountancy, Business, Finance, IT, Systems, or related field
  • Interest in Ops-Tech, systems, or finance-related support roles
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Meticulous, responsible, and a good team player
  • Able to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills

Good to Have

  • Basic understanding of finance processes or exposure to system implementation / testing

Duration/ Working hours:

6 months contract (Option to extend) (Immediate)

Monday to Friday: 42 hours per week
