About the job Counsellors
Key Responsibilities

Provide face-to-face and group counselling to individuals experiencing emotional or personal difficulties.

Support clients in managing mental health and well-being challenges.

Provide consultation and advice to supervisors/management on supporting staff well-being.

Collaborate with medical professionals and mental health partners to enhance support services.

Perform counselling hotline duties (2 × 24-hour shifts per month).

Conduct mental health awareness and training sessions.

Carry out other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Singapore Citizen.

Postgraduate degree in Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology.

Experience in mental health and substance abuse counselling (individual and group settings).

Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong English proficiency.

Basic IT and Microsoft Office knowledge.

Preferably a member of Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW), Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC), or Singapore Psychological Society (SPS).
1 year contract (May 2026 to Apr 2027)
For non-hotline duty days:
Monday – Thursday: 8.00am – 5.30pm
Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm
For hotline duty days:
8.00am on duty day to 8.00am the following day
