About the job Project Executive (Lavender)
Key Responsibilities

Manage projects for Residents Committee (RC) Centres such as fitting-out, upgrading and maintenance works.

Liaise with project stakeholders on behalf of the Peoples Association.

Plan project timelines and conduct preliminary site surveys.

Engage and communicate with RC members (end-users).

Procure consultancy services and building/maintenance works.

Oversee project delivery from planning to post-construction.

Maintain proper project documentation and internal approvals.
-
Process payments to consultants and contractors.

Handle project administration and respond to audit queries.

Review and improve work processes and policies.
Requirements
-
Degree in building-related or relevant disciplines (Diploma or fresh graduates may be considered).

Preferably 1 year of project management experience in similar projects.

Knowledge in quantity surveying, contract management, or mechanical & electrical engineering is an advantage.
-
Strong interpersonal, communication and people-management skills.
1 year contract (Immediate)
- Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
- Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
- Time-off in lieu for work done after normal working hours
