Support a digital health programme that empowers healthcare providers and patients in managing chronic conditions through personalised interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track participant enrolment, progress, and rewards
  • Handle participant and partner enquiries
  • Coordinate programme logistics and follow-ups
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for digital platforms
  • Assist with communications, marketing, and engagement tracking
  • Manage administrative and ad-hoc operational tasks

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's in Public Health, Health Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years in operations, project coordination, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong organisational, communication, and digital skills
  • Experience with Canva, FormSG, or similar tools is a plus

Duration/ Working hours:

6 months contract (Apr 2026 to Sept 26)

42 hours per week
