About the job Hostel Matron 2 (Mounbatten)
Administrative Matters
-
Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation and data entry.

Manage correspondences with stakeholders (e.g. school staff, students, parents and vendors).

Support matters related to finance, procurement, stores management and logistics.

Assist in disseminating information on school programmes and circulars to parents and attend to their queries.

Maintain customer-related information (e.g. phone logs).

Assist in printing worksheets and examination papers when required.
Student Management Matters
-
Provide administrative and logistical support in preparing teaching materials, posters and props for school programmes.

Provide basic first aid to students with minor injuries and inform parents accordingly.

Assist students with Lost & Found matters, change of uniform, and locating teachers/classrooms/parents.
-
Perform any other duties as assigned.
12 months contract (Mar 26 to Mar 27)
Mattron 2:
2nd Shift
Sun, Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri: 6pm to 10:30pm; rest & standby overnight in assigned room;
and next day 6am to 7:30am.
Wed off. (subject to change upon mutual agreement)
Both shifts need to be ready for more weekend duties, about 3 weeks in December.
