About the job Discipline Officer (Yishun)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support student discipline, behaviour management and case follow-up.
  • Assist with investigations, discipline records and reporting.
  • Monitor student safety, school premises and entry/exit points.
  • Manage student movement during recess, arrival, dismissal and school activities.
  • Liaise with students, parents and school personnel on student management matters.
  • Identify students requiring support and refer to relevant school personnel.
  • Support school activities, briefings and other duties assigned by the School.

Requirements:

  • Preferably 5 years' experience working with children, teenagers or youth.
  • Experience in discipline, case management or behavioural support preferred.
  • Strong communication and conflict de-escalation skills.
  • Good report-writing and MS Office skills.
  • First Aid certification is preferred or willing to obtain.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Option to extend another year) Nov 2026 to Oct 2027

Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
The personnel may be required to provide services beyond the
stipulated hours. If such services are required, the Authority shall give
1 day advance notice to the personnel.
Service is not required during school holidays unless otherwise
requested  by giving 3 days advance notice to the
personnel.
Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
