Key Responsibilities
- Support planning, implementation, and improvement of the CPRO programme to enhance crisis preparedness of religious organisations in Singapore
- Build and manage partnerships with religious organisations, security agencies, community partners, vendors, and stakeholders
- Oversee training and capability-building programmes (e.g. emergency response, contingency planning, psychological resilience)
- Manage programme operations, communications, and performance tracking (e.g. publicity, databases, registrations, feedback, reporting)
- Contribute to national resilience and social cohesion through strengthening crisis response capabilities in the religious sector
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with community groups (NGOs, VWOs, or Government Agencies preferred
- Strong written and spoken English; knowledge of mother tongue languages/dialects is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data/financial literacy
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work independently, multitask, and perform under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and volunteer management skills
- Comfortable with ad-hoc tasks and flexible working hours (evenings, weekends, after-office-hours engagements)
- Strong interest in community building, inter-religious relations, and social cohesion
Duration:
2 years contract (Option to extend another year)
