Job Scope

The job scope includes, but not limited to, the following:

Casual Hiring

  • The officer will handle the full spectrum of casual officer hiring. Duties include:
    • Liaison between hiring divisions and manpower agencies
    • Keeping track of hiring requests
    • Facilitate onboarding and outboarding of casual officers
    • Monitor the contract expiry of casual officers
    • Verification of monthly billing reports

Recruitment, Contract Management and Offboarding:

  • You will support the team in the recruitment process such as job posting, shortlisting applications, arranging interviews, administering written test and following up with candidates on required documents.
  • You will manage the offboarding process such as ensuring exit checklists are completed before officers leave.
  • You will support the team in tracking employee contracts.

Performance Management and Awards

  • You will support logistics and administration for Performance Management and National Day Award (Public), which includes:
    • Designing of emailers
    • Liaising and collection of input from divisions/agencies
    • Logistical support for meetings

You will undertake any other work as assigned.



Requirements

  • Diploma in relevant field
  • Prior HR experience is useful.
  • Stakeholders (internal and external) management.
  • Proficient in MS Office.



Duration/Working Hours

  • 3 months, opt to extend up to a year
  • Mon – Thu: 8.30am to 6.00pm, Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary

  • Less than 3 years of expertise in functional areas: $2580
  • More than 3 years but less than 6 years of expertise in functional areas: $2900
  • More than 6 years of expertise in functional areas:$3,230
