Senior Executve, Fixed Assets Accounting (Novena)

Be part of the Fixed Assets (FA) team, ensuring accurate and compliant management of the fixed asset register.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare timely, accurate, and complete period-end FA reports, including stock-take, Development Project-in-Progress (DPIP), and consolidated schedules; reconcile assets and investigate discrepancies.
• Review development expenditures for correct treatment before capitalisation.
• Maintain FA process excellence by providing guidance, training, and implementing process improvements to strengthen governance and control.
• Participate in automation initiatives and process improvement projects using tools like RPA or data analytics dashboards.

Requirements & Attributes:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Computer Science
• Prior audit experience is an advantage
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail
• Analytical and numbers-savvy
• Independent, self-driven, and proactive
• Strong accounting knowledge for asset capitalisation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders
• Strong Excel and analytical skills

Duration/Working hours:

12 months contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
