Office Administration

Provide secretariat support, including preparing meeting agendas and tracking follow-up actions.

Compile reports, submissions and presentations.

Organise Group/Division activities (e.g. staff events).
-
File, manage and maintain records and document inventory.
Procurement Support
-
Coordinate with end-users to gather procurement requirements.
-
Check Demand Aggregation (DA) for existing supplier services.
-
Assist in preparing procurement reports using provided data.
-
Track procurement delivery status and payment processing.
Programme Administration
-
Update and consolidate progress reports for common-based programmes.
Assistant to Senior Director
-
Manage calendar, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.

Assist in planning corporate events and official functions.
Requirements
-
Relevant experience in administrative support; experience in government procurement is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organisational and time management skills.
-
Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
-
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3 months contract (Immediate)
Mon to Thurs 8.5hrs: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Fri 8hrs: 8.30am – 5.30pm
