Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver creative sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines

Explore new ways to engage talent, including digital campaigns and market insights

Lead projects and initiatives that improve recruitment efficiency and candidate/manager experience

Optimise recruitment systems, tools, and workflows (e.g., ATS, automation, interview design)

Provide data-driven insights, dashboards, and reports to guide hiring decisions

Ensure recruitment operations are consistent, compliant, and scalable
Requirements:

Degree holder with experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management

Creative, solutions-driven, and able to introduce new ways of working

Skilled in optimising recruitment systems and processes
