Tech Recruiter, Cybersecurity (Buona Vista/Puggol)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver creative sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines

• Explore new ways to engage talent, including digital campaigns and market insights

• Lead projects and initiatives that improve recruitment efficiency and candidate/manager experience

• Optimise recruitment systems, tools, and workflows (e.g., ATS, automation, interview design)

• Provide data-driven insights, dashboards, and reports to guide hiring decisions

• Ensure recruitment operations are consistent, compliant, and scalable

Requirements:

• Degree holder with experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management

• Creative, solutions-driven, and able to introduce new ways of working

• Skilled in optimising recruitment systems and processes

• Data-driven with strong analytical and communication skills

• Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
