About the job Grant Administration Officer (Clarke Quay)
Manage end-to-end grant processes, from assessment and evaluation to disbursement and post-implementation review. Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and liaise with stakeholders to support effective grant management.
Key Responsibilities

Review grant applications, proposed budgets, and supporting documents

Prepare assessment reports and recommendations for management approval

Conduct post-implementation evaluation of outcomes and targets

Process approved grant disbursements and verify recipient compliance
-
Monitor disbursement schedules and follow up on outstanding requirements

Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports
Requirements

Bachelors degree in relevant discipline
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

Strong problem-solving skills and compliance awareness

Excellent stakeholder management, integrity, and confidentiality

High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

Experience in grant administration or familiarity with government/statutory board processes preferred

Understanding of compliance and audit requirements is an advantage
12 months contract (Immediate)
