About the job Grant Administration Officer (Clarke Quay)

Manage end-to-end grant processes, from assessment and evaluation to disbursement and post-implementation review. Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and liaise with stakeholders to support effective grant management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review grant applications, proposed budgets, and supporting documents

  • Prepare assessment reports and recommendations for management approval

  • Conduct post-implementation evaluation of outcomes and targets

  • Process approved grant disbursements and verify recipient compliance

  • Monitor disbursement schedules and follow up on outstanding requirements

  • Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in relevant discipline

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Strong problem-solving skills and compliance awareness

  • Excellent stakeholder management, integrity, and confidentiality

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

  • Experience in grant administration or familiarity with government/statutory board processes preferred

  • Understanding of compliance and audit requirements is an advantage

Duration/ working hours:

12 months contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
