Seeking a temporary HR Administrative Support to assist various functions within the HR Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment processes, including coordinating interview schedules with applicants via phone and email

  • Assist in administering written tests, data entry, and e-filing of recruitment documents

  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, shredding, and logistical support for HR activities

  • Perform other ad hoc HR-related duties as required

Requirements / Skills:

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills

  • Meticulous, thorough, and able to multitask in a high-volume environment

  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Experience in customer service, administrative work, or event support is an advantage 

Duration/ Working hours:

6 months contract (Immediate)

Completion bonus: 0.5 months

Mon - Thu: 8:30am - 6pm;

Fri: 8:30am - 5:30pm
