Job Description:

  • Coordinate logistics for training courses and study visits, including visas, venue & transport bookings, participant lists, and preparation of course materials.

  • Assist with procurement and finance processes to support smooth running of programmes.

  • Maintain accurate digital and hardcopy records.

  • Monitor and triage the programme mailbox, ensuring timely responses.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent.

  • Prior administrative or operations support experience preferred (e.g., data entry, records management, customer service, event logistics), though candidates with transferable skills and willingness to learn are welcome.

  • Proficient in written and spoken English.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and in a team.

Skills:

  • Ability to handle repetitive, detail-oriented tasks accurately and efficiently.

  • Able to follow multi-step instructions with minimal supervision.

  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel (basic sorting/filtering), and Outlook (email/calendar).

  • Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities

  • May require early start/late end; overtime possible with prior notice.

1 year contract

  • Mon–Thu: 0830–1800hrs; Fri: 0830–1730hrs (1-hour lunch).
