About the job Admin Executive (Napier)
Job Description:

Coordinate logistics for training courses and study visits, including visas, venue & transport bookings, participant lists, and preparation of course materials.

Assist with procurement and finance processes to support smooth running of programmes.

Maintain accurate digital and hardcopy records.

Monitor and triage the programme mailbox, ensuring timely responses.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent.

Prior administrative or operations support experience preferred (e.g., data entry, records management, customer service, event logistics), though candidates with transferable skills and willingness to learn are welcome.

Proficient in written and spoken English.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and in a team.
Skills:

Ability to handle repetitive, detail-oriented tasks accurately and efficiently.

Able to follow multi-step instructions with minimal supervision.

Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel (basic sorting/filtering), and Outlook (email/calendar).

Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- May require early start/late end; overtime possible with prior notice.

Mon–Thu: 0830–1800hrs; Fri: 0830–1730hrs (1-hour lunch).
