Course Evaluation Administration

Manage end-to-end course evaluation processes using MS Word templates and email systems.

Collate participant feedback and coordinate evaluation data collection.

Prepare and format course evaluation reports following established procedures.
Documentation & Reporting

Maintain course evaluation records and filing systems.
-
Track completion status of evaluation processes across training programmes.
-
Coordinate circulation and approval workflows for course reports.
-
Support preparation of summary reports and trend analysis.
Process Coordination & Transition Support
-
Liaise with training departments and facilitators on evaluation requirements.
-
Support testing and transition activities as LEAP digital functionalities are implemented.

Assist in maintaining quality standards during system migration.
-
Coordinate with LEAP team on system enhancement feedback.
General Administration
-
Provide administrative support to the department as required.
Requirements
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word and Excel.
-
Strong attention to detail for accurate data collation and record-keeping.
-
1–2 years of basic administrative experience in an office environment preferred.

Good written and verbal communication skills for inter-department coordination.

Familiarity with email systems and electronic filing.
-
Basic report preparation skills and ability to work with templates.
-
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Adaptable to work with both manual and digital systems during transition periods.
3 months (Immediate)
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
