Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a Bachelors degree to provide administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate is highly accountable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

Support medical school projects, including stakeholder enquiries and clinical training schedules.

Assist in faculty development initiatives and verify Faculty Development (FD) claims, maintaining records and responding to queries.

Plan and execute meetings and events: prepare agendas, coordinate materials, and take/distribute minutes.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Strong proactiveness, accountability, and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Ability to handle administrative work and support projects independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Experience in healthcare or education sectors is a plus.
1 year contract (Immediate) Mar 26 to Mar 27)
Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm, Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
