Seeking a dynamic professional to drive digital transformation in healthcare records management through our e-Registry implementation and records digitisation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

e-Registry Implementation

  • Gather user requirements and contribute to system development.

  • Analyse current filing systems and develop digital file plans.

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing and monitor system progress.

  • Implement risk management strategies.

Records Management & Change Management

  • Roll out records management initiatives and increase staff awareness.

  • Design and deliver training programmes; develop communication materials.

  • Guide staff through digital system transitions.

  • Collaborate with National Archives of Singapore (NAS) and internal stakeholders.

Records Digitisation Project Management

  • Oversee daily digitisation operations and team performance.

  • Coordinate records preparation, metadata indexing, and file organisation.

  • Lead disposal of physical documents post-digitisation.

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Degree 

  • Experience in records management or digital transformation projects.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage quality control and risk.

Duration/ Working hours:

12 months contract (Immediate)

Working Days (5-day work week in office)

  • Monday to Thursday (8.30am to 6pm)

       Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
