About the job Executive (Newton)
Looking for a service-oriented professional to handle phone, email, and on-site enquiries related to Tenancy Agreements (TA).
Key Responsibilities:

Engage stallholders at hawker centres to guide online signing of TAs, e-payments, and related processes

Handle enquiries on TA signing, stamp duty, rental, and payments
-
Follow up with customers to complete TA signing and equip them with basic digital skills (email, Singpass)

Prepare offer letters, collate statistics, monitor TA completion, and send reminders
-
Perform other administrative duties related to TA processes
Requirements:
-
1–2 years' relevant experience; frontline customer service experience preferred
Diploma

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

Service-oriented, meticulous, and able to multi-task

Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills

Positive, proactive, and professional approach to customer enquiries
Duration/ Working hours:
3 months (Immediate)
42 hours per week
