Looking for a service-oriented professional to handle phone, email, and on-site enquiries related to Tenancy Agreements (TA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage stallholders at hawker centres to guide online signing of TAs, e-payments, and related processes

  • Handle enquiries on TA signing, stamp duty, rental, and payments

  • Follow up with customers to complete TA signing and equip them with basic digital skills (email, Singpass)

  • Prepare offer letters, collate statistics, monitor TA completion, and send reminders

  • Perform other administrative duties related to TA processes

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years' relevant experience; frontline customer service experience preferred

  • Diploma

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

  • Service-oriented, meticulous, and able to multi-task

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills

  • Positive, proactive, and professional approach to customer enquiries

Duration/ Working hours:

3 months (Immediate)

42 hours per week
