Learning & Development Specialist – Finance & Procurement (Buona Vista)

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions for Public Sector finance and procurement professionals.
• Identify learning needs and develop curricula, training materials and digital learning resources.
• Work with subject matter experts to develop course content and learning outcomes.
• Develop digital learning content such as videos, infographics and articles.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Research emerging L&D trends to keep programmes relevant and innovative.
• Support consultancy projects involving design thinking and process improvement.
• Manage stakeholders and coordinate project progress, budgets and timelines.

Requirements

• Experience in L&D, instructional design, digital learning or learning needs analysis preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in L&D are welcome to apply.
• Good planning, analytical, communication and project management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, meticulous and resourceful.
• Confident in engaging stakeholders at different levels.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in developing capabilities within the public sector.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
