Looking for a proactive and organised individual to support a digital health programme focused on chronic disease management through personalised digital and lifestyle interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage participant onboarding, engagement, and records
  • Handle participant and partner enquiries
  • Coordinate programme logistics and follow-ups
  • Provide basic digital platform support and troubleshooting
  • Prepare participant communications and support marketing activities
  • Assist with administrative and operational duties

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in relevant fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or customer-facing roles
  • Good communication, organisational, and digital skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Familiar with tools such as Canva and FormSG
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in digital programmes, healthcare, or public sector environments
  • Familiarity with health apps, wearable devices, or digital onboarding processes

Duration/Working hours:

10 months contract (Immediate)

Monday to Friday: 42 hours per week
