Job Scope

  1. Serve as the Personal Assistant to the Director 
  2. Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, events and trips for the department
  3. Assist with managing the budget and relevant financial procedures/processes

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate and manage different stakeholders
  • Good organisational and multi-tasking skills, with an eye for details
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Candidates with prior work experience in the public service and experience in managing financial processes will be considered favourably.

Duration/Working hours

12 months/ 42 hours per week
