Job Scope
- Serve as the Personal Assistant to the Director
- Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, events and trips for the department
- Assist with managing the budget and relevant financial procedures/processes
Requirements
- Ability to communicate and manage different stakeholders
- Good organisational and multi-tasking skills, with an eye for details
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Candidates with prior work experience in the public service and experience in managing financial processes will be considered favourably.
Duration/Working hours
12 months/ 42 hours per week
