About the job Receptionist cum Admin (Tanjong Pagar)

  • Handling phone calls, walk-in enquiries, and relaying messages to relevant personnel.

  • Managing incoming/outgoing mails, couriers, and parcel dispatch.

  • Maintaining and updating data records and compiling statistics.

  • Attending to students who are unwell.

  • Supporting daily administrative operations, including documentation, filing, and tracking.

  • Assisting the General Office with ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Team player with high initiative.

  • IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Experience in reception, administration, and/or customer service is an advantage.

Duration/Working hours:

10 months contract (Option to extend another year) 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026

Mondays to Fridays: From 7.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. (inclusive of 1 hour
lunch break)
The school operates on 5 day work week.
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
Service will not be required during the June and November-
December school holidays, except for period (e.g. last week of the
school holidays)
