About the job Receptionist cum Admin (Tanjong Pagar)
- Handling phone calls, walk-in enquiries, and relaying messages to relevant personnel.

Managing incoming/outgoing mails, couriers, and parcel dispatch.

Maintaining and updating data records and compiling statistics.

Attending to students who are unwell.

Supporting daily administrative operations, including documentation, filing, and tracking.

Assisting the General Office with ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Team player with high initiative.
-
IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Experience in reception, administration, and/or customer service is an advantage.
10 months contract (Option to extend another year) 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026
Mondays to Fridays: From 7.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. (inclusive of 1 hour
lunch break)
The school operates on 5 day work week.
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
Service will not be required during the June and November-
December school holidays, except for period (e.g. last week of the
school holidays)
