About the job Executive (Clarke Quay)
Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties related to sector regulation work, including conducting due diligence checks.
- Process and review applications and submissions by charities.
- Answer calls and attend to email enquiries from charities.
- Provide technical assistance to charities facing issues with applications and submissions in the Charity Portal.
- Handle other duties and assignments as required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in any disciplines.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently, exercise initiative, pay attention to details, and work well in a team.
- Basic knowledge of legal and accounting principles will be an advantage.
- Experience in customer support and familiarity with MS CRM Dynamics 365 will be an advantage.
Duration/Working hours:
3 months subject to extend (Immediate)
Monday to Friday: 42 hours per week
