About the job Printing Assistant (Bedok)
Responsibilities
- Printing and photocopying of exam papers and important documents for staff, students, and Management
- Ensure all printed materials are of good quality and kept confidential
- Complete printing requests on time
- Procure printing paper and accessories
- Receive and verify deliveries of printing supplies
- First-tier troubleshooting of printing machines
- Collate printed materials according to staff requests
- Handle disposal of used carton boxes and old newspapers
- Maintain inventory of ink cartridges and place orders when stock is low
- Liaise with suppliers for maintenance and repair works when required
- General administrative duties
- Any other duties assigned by the reporting officer
Requirements
- Responsible, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
- Interest and enthusiasm in printing-related tasks
- Minimum secondary school education
- Able to operate printing and photocopying machines
- Able to read and communicate in English
- Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality
Duration/Working hours:
1 year contract (June 2026 to Jun 2027)
- Mondays to Friday: 7:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
