Finance Business Partner (Pasir Panjang)

seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner (FBP) to provide strategic financial guidance, drive operational excellence, and support business decision-making across divisions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnership & Financial Management

• Partner with divisions and project managers to analyse financial performance, conduct business reviews, and provide actionable insights.

• Lead cost optimisation initiatives, efficiency projects, and process improvements.

• Support decision-making through scenario analysis, forecasting, and resource allocation guidance.

• Execute month/year-end closing activities, financial reporting, budget allocations, and virements.

• Analyse variances and operational metrics to drive performance improvements.

• Prepare accruals, grant recovery documentation, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Support purchase order management, fixed asset transfers, and respond to user queries.

• Participate in system enhancements, process improvements, and UAT activities.

Other Responsibilities

• Support the FBP team with operational tasks.

• Undertake strategic analysis projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or relevant professional qualification.

• Minimum 5 years experience in business partnering or commercial/financial analysis.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, and business decision support.

• Hands-on with large datasets; advanced Excel skills (Power Pivot, Power Query, financial modelling).

• Experience with Workday, dashboards/data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI).

• Knowledge of Python or SQL for data analysis/automation is advantageous.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.

Duration/ Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
