About the job Finance Business Partner (Pasir Panjang)
seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner (FBP) to provide strategic financial guidance, drive operational excellence, and support business decision-making across divisions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership & Financial Management

Partner with divisions and project managers to analyse financial performance, conduct business reviews, and provide actionable insights.

Lead cost optimisation initiatives, efficiency projects, and process improvements.

Support decision-making through scenario analysis, forecasting, and resource allocation guidance.

Execute month/year-end closing activities, financial reporting, budget allocations, and virements.

Analyse variances and operational metrics to drive performance improvements.

Prepare accruals, grant recovery documentation, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Support purchase order management, fixed asset transfers, and respond to user queries.

Participate in system enhancements, process improvements, and UAT activities.
Other Responsibilities

Support the FBP team with operational tasks.

Undertake strategic analysis projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
-
Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or relevant professional qualification.

Minimum 5 years experience in business partnering or commercial/financial analysis.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, and business decision support.

Hands-on with large datasets; advanced Excel skills (Power Pivot, Power Query, financial modelling).

Experience with Workday, dashboards/data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Knowledge of Python or SQL for data analysis/automation is advantageous.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
Duration/ Working hours:
1 year contract (Immediate)
