The Project Officer manages the administration and operations of the Foundation, overseeing programmes, events, and financial and administrative processes. The role works closely with partners, stakeholders, and relevant offices to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute programmes, activities, and events.

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, procurement, and vendor coordination.

  • Oversee budgeting, expenditure tracking, and financial administration.

  • Provide secretariat support, prepare meeting agendas and papers, and follow up on action items.

  • Undertake other duties to support the Foundations objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.

  • Strong interest in youth and community engagement.

  • Willing to work occasional evenings or weekends.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders.

  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome.

  • 1–2 years in project coordination, community engagement, or event management preferred.

Duration/ Working hours:

1 year contract (Option to extend) June 2026 to May 2027

Monday to Friday (not including Public Holidays): 8.30am to 6pm (1 hour lunch break)

Project Officer is expected to work one weekend every month (Off in lieu will be given)
