About the job Admin Executive (Novena)

You will support the preparation and processing of State Leases and related documentation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation and printing of State Lease documents

  • Coordinating and dispatching State Leases to lessees for execution

  • Monitoring and following up on the return of signed lease documents

  • Preparing and maintaining checklists for the issuance of titles

  • Coordinating the issuance of executed titles and arranging for delivery to lessees

  • Ensuring proper documentation, record keeping, and filing

  • Liaising with internal departments and external parties where necessary

  • Providing general administrative support related to lease processing

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, especially in handling legal documents

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills

  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Prior experience in lease administration, conveyancing, legal documentation, or property-related work will be an advantage (but not mandatory)

Duration/Working hours:

4 months contract (Immediate to June 2026)

42 hours per week
