About the job Admin Assistant (Pasir Ris)

Responsibilities:

  • Care for and nurture a group of school-going children before and after school hours.

  • Provide homework supervision and plan/conduct programmes and activities for children.

  • Inculcate positive values and instill discipline in children.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent; relevant childcare experience preferred.

  • Patient, responsible, and passionate about working with children.

  • Good communication and organisational skills.

Duration/Working hours:

2 month contract (Immediate)

Working Hours:

  • School Days: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break included; 8 working hours)

  • Non-School Days (Flexi Shift):

    • Morning Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break included; 8 working hours)

    • Afternoon Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break included; 8 working hours)

Candidates may be scheduled for either the morning or afternoon shift depending on operational needs.
