Looking for a Admin Executive to provide administrative and logistical support for training programmes, seminars, conferences, study visits, and ad hoc events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate full spectrum of course administration and logistics, including booking venues, preparing materials, publicity, participant registration, managing vendors, and handling payments.

  • Set up and clear training spaces, compile course evaluations, and monitor programme attendance, revenue, and expenses.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper accrual of programme expenditures.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of programmes and a conducive learning environment.

  • Manage alumni or participant databases and provide timely updates to management.

Skillsets & Qualifications:

  • Strong time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.

  • Adaptable, quick learner, and able to work collaboratively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Diploma or degree in business administration, event management, or related field preferred.

Duration/ working hours:

6 months contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
