About the job Temp Executive (Buona Vista)
Looking for a Admin Executive to provide administrative and logistical support for training programmes, seminars, conferences, study visits, and ad hoc events.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate full spectrum of course administration and logistics, including booking venues, preparing materials, publicity, participant registration, managing vendors, and handling payments.

Set up and clear training spaces, compile course evaluations, and monitor programme attendance, revenue, and expenses.

Maintain accurate records and ensure proper accrual of programme expenditures.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of programmes and a conducive learning environment.

Manage alumni or participant databases and provide timely updates to management.
Skillsets & Qualifications:

Strong time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Adaptable, quick learner, and able to work collaboratively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Diploma or degree in business administration, event management, or related field preferred.
6 months contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
