Seeking a Digital Communications professional for maternity cover. The role involves developing and executing digital strategies to strengthen public awareness and engagement on key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Curate, review, and optimise content across social media channels and corporate website.

Track, analyse, and interpret performance metrics to inform content refinement.

Plan and execute digital campaigns to enhance public engagement.

Develop and adapt digital content including copy, visuals, and multimedia.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging.

Identify content opportunities and apply best practices to enhance digital reach.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, digital campaigns, content creation, or related fields.

Proven track record in planning and executing effective digital campaigns.

Strong project management skills; able to multitask while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Proactive self-starter who takes ownership of projects from ideation to execution.

Hands-on experience with paid social media strategies; familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics is an advantage.

Team player comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at different levels.

Asst Manager: $4,500 - $6,000
Manager: $5,840 - $7,600
