Uplift Manager (Upper Changi)
About the job Uplift Manager (Upper Changi)
Support the administration and coordination of a training allowance programme, ensuring timely disbursement, compliance with programme criteria, and accurate record-keeping. Conduct programme evaluation using data analysis to assess effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with training vendors and internal stakeholders for participant registration and programme updates
- Perform eligibility checks and compliance monitoring using agency databases
- Track training completion and allowance disbursement
- Prepare monthly utilisation reports and maintain accurate records
- Conduct data analysis for programme evaluation
- Any other administrative duties to support the division
Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- No prior experience required; administrative experience is a plus
- Proficiency in R or other statistical software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and handle sensitive information discreetly
Duration/Working hours:
1 year contract
- Working hours: 8.15 am to 5.45 pm (Mon to Thur), 8.15 am to 5.15 pm (Fri)
