Job scope:

  • Check and verify all payroll instructions
  • Process payroll in accordance to business agreed terms using appointed system
  • Ensure accurate and timely salary payments
  • Verifies all billing instructions
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoice delivery & statutory contributions
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly closing reports to Finance.

Requirements

  • Diploma and above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • CEI certified and/or iHRP certification preferred
  • Relevant working experience with in payroll processing and administration preferred
  • Meticulous and attention to details
  • Team Player
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Knowledge in MOM labour laws and regulations

Additional Information

  • 12 months contract to perm
  • Working hours: Mon - Fri 9am to 5.30pm
  • Working location: Chinatown
