About the job Payroll & Admin Executive/Manager
Job scope:
- Check and verify all payroll instructions
- Process payroll in accordance to business agreed terms using appointed system
- Ensure accurate and timely salary payments
- Verifies all billing instructions
- Ensure accurate and timely invoice delivery & statutory contributions
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly closing reports to Finance.
Requirements
- Diploma and above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- CEI certified and/or iHRP certification preferred
- Relevant working experience with in payroll processing and administration preferred
- Meticulous and attention to details
- Team Player
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Knowledge in MOM labour laws and regulations
Additional Information
- 12 months contract to perm
- Working hours: Mon - Fri 9am to 5.30pm
- Working location: Chinatown
