About the job Management Support Staff (Labrador Park)

You will provide support in the daily operations of the division, including but not limited to the below list:

  • Handle public feedback and enquiries
  • Update repository of frequently asked questions based on feedback and enquiries received
  • Process applications submitted by private bus operators
  • Update records and statistics
  • Perform general administrative work such as filing and printing
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor
  • Training will be provided

Requirement:

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in the customer service industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word
  • Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team

Duration / Working hours:

6 months contract (Immediate)

Mondays to Thursdays : 8.30 am 6.00 pm; Fridays : 8.30 am 5.30 pm
