About the job HR Support Executive (Clarke Quay)

Looking for a proactive and organised individual to support HR operations and administration functions across Performance Management, Talent Management, Board Appointments, and Job Grading.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, engagement events, and HR activities
  • Prepare emailers, communications materials, posting memos, and promotion certificates
  • Liaise with divisions/agencies and collate required information and documents
  • Maintain records, databases, and update intranet information
  • Support board appointment processes and submission of documents for approval
  • Handle staff and agency enquiries on HR-related matters
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource, or related field
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to manage multiple tasks independently and work well in a team
  • Prior administrative or HR support experience will be an advantage

Duration/ Working hours:

3 months contract (Option to extend) (Immediate)

Monday to Friday: 42 hours per week
