Job Summary:
Support the evaluation and administration of applications for programmes or schemes. This role involves reviewing submissions, managing workflows, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess applications for completeness and eligibility
  • Manage application workflows, including data entry, tracking, and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to clarify submissions
  • Maintain accurate records of application status and outcomes
  • Respond to enquiries and provide guidance on application requirements
  • Support preparation of reports, summaries, and basic analysis
  • Assist in organising briefings, workshops, or stakeholder sessions
  • Develop supporting materials such as guides, FAQs, and communication content
  • Provide feedback to improve application quality and alignment
  • Identify trends and support continuous process improvements
  • Support general administrative and coordination tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, evaluation, outreach, or programme support
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle data accurately
  • Good organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with stakeholders across different groups
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital tools
  • Experience in application processing, reporting, or public-facing programmes is an advantage
  • Able to work independently and proactively

Duration/Working hours:

3 months contract (Option to extend) (Immediate)

Mon to Fri: 42 hours per week
