Job Summary:
Support the evaluation and administration of applications for programmes or schemes. This role involves reviewing submissions, managing workflows, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess applications for completeness and eligibility
- Manage application workflows, including data entry, tracking, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to clarify submissions
- Maintain accurate records of application status and outcomes
- Respond to enquiries and provide guidance on application requirements
- Support preparation of reports, summaries, and basic analysis
- Assist in organising briefings, workshops, or stakeholder sessions
- Develop supporting materials such as guides, FAQs, and communication content
- Provide feedback to improve application quality and alignment
- Identify trends and support continuous process improvements
- Support general administrative and coordination tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, evaluation, outreach, or programme support
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle data accurately
- Good organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with stakeholders across different groups
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital tools
- Experience in application processing, reporting, or public-facing programmes is an advantage
- Able to work independently and proactively
Duration/Working hours:
3 months contract (Option to extend) (Immediate)
Mon to Fri: 42 hours per week
