Student Development & Engagement Officer (Yishun)

Seeking a dedicated individual to support students' holistic development through after-school programmes, mentoring, and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and implement after-school programmes for academic, character, and enrichment development
• Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and resources for activities
• Mentor and guide students in their social, emotional, and behavioural development
• Monitor student attendance and engagement in programmes
• Provide basic counselling and support for academic and personal matters
• Work closely with teachers, HODs, counsellors, and student support teams
• Support school events and engagement initiatives
• Prepare reports on student participation and programme outcomes

Requirements:

• Minimum O-Level qualification or above
• 1–2 years experience working with secondary school students
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Patient, empathetic, and student-focused
• Good organisational and planning abilities
• Basic understanding of student counselling or pastoral care preferred

Duration/Working hours:

6 months contract (Jun 26 to Nov 26)

Monday to Friday: 7.30am -4.30pm
