About the job Admin Assistant ( Changi)
Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange and move boxes of medical records efficiently.
- Pack medical records for dispatch to contractor for digitalisation.
- Perform data entry, including creation of packing lists and cover sheets for each medical record.
- Manage email correspondence with contractors regarding digitisation.
- Assist with any other administrative tasks required for the digitalisation and disposal of medical records.
Requirements:
- Prior administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or records management.
- Proficient in data entry and basic office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for email and telephone correspondence.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as moving boxes.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
Duration/ Working hours:
6 months contract (Apr 2026 to Oct 2026)
8:30am – 6pm (Mon-Thu), 8:30am-5:30pm (Fri)
