About the job Admin Executive (Buona Vista)
Job Description:

Conduct quality checks on training programmes and digital learning content.

Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot issues related to content creation and delivery.

Provide first-level support to stakeholders, assisting them with technical issues during programme development.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.

Perform other duties to support the training team, including programme coordination and logistical support.
Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Education, Training, or a related field preferred.

Experience in digital content creation, e-learning platforms, or programme coordination.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6 months contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
