Job Description:

  • Conduct quality checks on training programmes and digital learning content.

  • Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot issues related to content creation and delivery.

  • Provide first-level support to stakeholders, assisting them with technical issues during programme development.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.

  • Perform other duties to support the training team, including programme coordination and logistical support.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Education, Training, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience in digital content creation, e-learning platforms, or programme coordination.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Duration/ Working  hours:

6 months contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
