People and Operations Lead (Pasir Panjang)

Job Scope

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (product, engineering, design, operations, etc.).

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring criteria.

• Coordinate and manage interview processes to ensure consistency and quality.

• Improve candidate experience while maintaining strong hiring standards.

• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate quality.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles.

• Support onboarding to ensure smooth integration for new hires.

• Work closely with HR teams to ensure recruitment processes follow organisational policies.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in any discipline.

• Relevant experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.

• Strong organisational and operational skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to manage multiple recruitment activities independently.

1 year contract (Apr 2027 to Apr 2027)

42 hours per week
