About the job People and Operations Lead (Pasir Panjang)
Job Scope

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (product, engineering, design, operations, etc.).

Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring criteria.

Coordinate and manage interview processes to ensure consistency and quality.

Improve candidate experience while maintaining strong hiring standards.

Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate quality.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles.
-
Support onboarding to ensure smooth integration for new hires.

Work closely with HR teams to ensure recruitment processes follow organisational policies.
Requirements

Bachelors Degree in any discipline.

Relevant experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.

Strong organisational and operational skills.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Able to manage multiple recruitment activities independently.
1 year contract (Apr 2027 to Apr 2027)
42 hours per week
