ICT Trainer (Hougang)

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct ICT programmes covering digital literacy, coding, computational thinking, STEM and responsible technology use.
• Design engaging hands-on learning activities involving maker education, robotics, AI and digital media.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate educational technology into lessons and learning resources.
• Conduct student programmes, including ICT-related CCA, coding, digital media and enrichment activities.
• Support ICT resources, equipment, events and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Provide photography, videography and digital content production support for school events.
• Support Cyber Wellness initiatives and evaluate ICT programmes for improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma, preferably in an Information Technology-related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience as an ICT trainer in a school environment.
• Basic software programming and coding skills.
• Knowledge of educational technology, digital literacy, STEM activities and emerging technologies.
• Good communication, collaboration and student engagement skills.
• Creative, adaptable, proactive and able to work independently.

Duration/Working Hours: 

1 year contract (Jan 2027 to Dec 2027) 

Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1-hour lunch
break
Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays\
