About the job Admin Assistant (Yio Chu Kang)
- Support procurement for Overseas Education & Learning Trips to ASEAN, China and India (OELP-ACI), including preparing specifications and evaluating quotations and itineraries

Assist with trip operations and logistics (e.g. flight ticketing details, preparation of name lists, travel insurance arrangements)

Liaise with travel agents and relevant stakeholders

Track completion of pre- and post-trip surveys and compile responses for analysis

Assist in audit of post-trip reports and programme closure documentation

Support logistics for hosting overseas visitors and inbound programmes

Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum GCE O Levels or Diploma (preferred)

Preferably with prior administrative experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Meticulous, organised and able to work under tight timelines
-
Good written and spoken English
11 months contract
42 hours per week
