Looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to support planning and administration of learning programmes and leadership initiatives.
Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate workshops, coaching sessions, and development programmes.

Support competency framework development, including documenting role-specific competencies.

Coordinate 360-degree feedback processes and assist with report compilation and debriefs.

Support career development initiatives, mentoring programmes, and corporate planning activities.

Maintain learning management systems, track participation, prepare reports/presentations, and provide logistical support for events.

Collect and analyse feedback to evaluate programme effectiveness.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in HR, organisational development, psychology, or related field.

Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to handle sensitive data confidentially.

Analytical skills to support planning and competency development.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with learning management systems and feedback tools is a plus.

Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and comfortable working with diverse stakeholders.

Prior experience in L&D, talent management, corporate planning, or event coordination is advantageous.
12 months contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
