About the job ICT Executive (Sengkang)
Job Responsibilities

Provide technical advice and ICT/AV solutions tailored to the schools needs.

Research emerging ICT/AV trends to enhance teaching and learning.

Assess school ICT requirements and propose solutions with competitive pricing.

Provide operational oversight of ICT/AV systems including backups, security, and troubleshooting.

Assist with communication of ICT-related circulars from MOE HQ and collect staff feedback.

Provide technical support for school events, lessons, conferences, and ICT-mediated activities.

Manage ICT/AV inventory and resources, liaising with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and purchases.

Plan and conduct ICT/AV training sessions for staff and students.

Assist with media production (photos, videos) to document school events.

Support project implementation and ICT initiatives as assigned by ICT Manager or school leadership.
Requirements

Diploma or Degree in ICT, Media, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant ICT/AV experience in an educational or media environment.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills; effective communication with staff and students.

Adaptable and proactive in learning new technologies.
-
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
1 year contract (Apr 26 to Mar 27)
Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00 am to 4.30pm inclusive
of half-an-hour lunch break.
Fridays: 7.00 am to 4.00pm inclusive of half-an-hour
lunch break.
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and
gazetted public holidays.
