Job Scope:

  • Product Development & Strategy: Lead the design and development of products supporting the conversion exercise; translate officer needs into practical solutions that enable successful role transitions.

  • Technical Implementation: Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy applications and solutions, ensuring products are technically sound and meet user requirements.

  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with multiple teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate concepts, and ensure solutions align with conversion objectives; provide updates on progress and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline.

  • Experience: 0–3 years in product management or related roles; experience in developing and deploying digital products.

  • Technical Skills: Basic to moderate experience with engineering and application deployment; familiarity with vibe-code and AI-first product development.

  • Work Environment: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with clear deliverables and timelines; experience navigating public sector processes is an advantage.

  • Core Skills:

    • Strategic thinking and ability to translate objectives into practical solutions

    • Flexibility to handle all aspects of product development from concept to deployment

    • Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders

    • Basic understanding of software development processes and deployment practices

Duration/ Working hours:

1 year contract (May 2026 to Apr 2027)
