Science Lab Technician (Tanjong Pagar)

• Prepare materials and equipment for experiments and practical exams.

• Ensure smooth running of lab practicals and assist teachers with troubleshooting.

• Conduct lab safety reviews every 6 months and provide recommendations.

• Monitor science room schedules and assist in procurement and maintenance of lab equipment and apparatus.

• Maintain inventory records and assist in lesson preparation as needed.

• Support maintenance of lab facilities, eco pond, sky garden, terrarium, and living organisms (e.g., insects, hamsters, fish).

• Collaborate with Science Department to enhance practical schedules and student experiences.

• Ensure labs are ready for guest visits and meetings.

• Assist teachers in Science club activities and competition training.

• Perform any other duties assigned by Principal, Vice-Principal, or HOD/Science.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum N or O Level.

• Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and organized.

• At least 2 years of experience in a science laboratory preferred.

10 months contract ( Option to extend another 10 months) 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026

Mondays to Fridays: From 8.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. (inclusive of 30
mins lunch break)
The school operates on 5 day work week.
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
Service will not be required during the June and November-
December school holidays, except for period (e.g. last week of the
school holidays)
