Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily student discipline operations, including latecomers, detention and suspension.
  • Conduct student incident investigations and follow up with students and parents.
  • Conduct school walkabouts within the school compound and surrounding areas.
  • Guide and mentor students with disciplinary and behavioural issues.
  • Monitor and track identified students' progress.
  • Prepare and maintain incident reports, case documentation and student records.
  • Apply appropriate behaviour management and restorative practices.
  • Follow school safeguarding, emergency and confidentiality protocols.
  • Perform other student management duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification/certification in youth work or related fields is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in discipline management, case management or behaviour support involving youths.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle challenging situations with resilience and professionalism.
  • Experience in restorative practices or structured behaviour management is advantageous.

Duration/Working hours:

9 months contract + 10 days (Jan 2027 to Oct 2027)

  • Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm, inclusive of 30-minute lunch break.
  • Two days per week may extend to 6:00pm for detention duties.
  • No service on weekends, gazetted public holidays, and November & December.
  • Working hours may vary according to school requirements.
