L&D Specialist – HR Programmes (Buona Vista)

Job Responsibilities

• Design and deliver HR learning programmes across online, blended and classroom formats.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and develop training materials and resources.
• Partner public agencies to customise L&D solutions based on their development needs.
• Research emerging HR trends and develop relevant learning content.
• Organise and facilitate seminars, webinars and learning sessions.
• Support HR consultancy and transformation projects.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in L&D, instructional design or programme development preferred.
• Experience in designing face-to-face, virtual or blended learning programmes.
• Strong communication, analytical, organisational and project management skills.
• Proactive, resourceful and self-motivated.
• Strong interest in people development and HR practices.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
